As we are a newly formed business, we are working hard to gain lender trust and be on their panels. This will enable us to act for both buyer and lender. As of the date of this narrative populating this page, we can confirm that we have applied to be placed onto the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme. You will have the comfort of knowing that we are checked by the Law Society annually for competence and service levels.
